The Crinum will bloom year-round, though more often during the warmer months.Many gardeners find this lily to be easy going. Some even describe it as having a “bulldog constitution.” Why? Crinums tolerate many different kinds of soils, though they prefer well draining soil. It can thrive in full to part sun, and is salt tolerant. Also, Crinums grow into large clumps of enormous bulbs that store food reserves. Hence, they can weather long stretches of drought and utter neglect. They’ll start to bloom again when conditions improve.
